Parent & Tot
These parent and child classes are designed to build listening skills as well as work coordination. Students will learn basic skills such as running, jumping on the trampoline, and rolls which are building blocks for the PreSchool program.
Parent and Tot classes are $65 per month plus a $35 registration fee. Classes are 45 minutes. We offer multiple child and multiple class discounts. Please call us at 931-906-1663 for more details.
Preschool Program
Kindergym
Kindergym is designed for students 3-5 years old and is the introductory class of preschool gymnastics. The primary goal of this level is to teach listening skills, following one-step directions, and how to respect coaches and their peers

Girls Recreational
These classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence. Students will learn skill progressions on all 4 women’s events (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise). All students are placed in level appropriate classes according to skill level.

Tumbling
These classes are designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence through floor skills. The curriculum focuses on both front and back running tumbling as well as other various artistic gymnastics skills including handstands, aerial cartwheels, and trampoline work. All students are placed in level appropriate classes according to skill level.
