Get ready for a night of excitement and laughter at our Parents’ Night Out! Join us for an evening packed with fun, games, delicious pizza, and a movie experience your child won’t want to miss. This event is open to all children ages 3 to 14 and takes place from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Secure your spot early and take advantage of our fantastic early bird rate of $24 for the first child, but hurry—this offer ends on Thursday, August 20th! For enrollments after this date, the fee will be $40 per child. We also understand the importance of family, which is why we’re thrilled to offer a sibling discount for our early bird rate for even more savings.
To make things convenient for our busy parents, all discounts and enrollments can be easily accessed and processed through our online portal. Just a few clicks and your child is set for an unforgettable night of supervised play, engaging activities, and the chance to make new friends.

Event Rules and Policies:
- Age Groups: All children will be grouped by age. All groups are final due to the large number of children and our policies on kid-to-coach ratios.
- No Personal Toys: Bringing personal toys to parents’ night out is not permitted.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Any engagement in hitting, biting, inappropriate language, or continuous defiance to staff members will result in the child being sent home.
- Cell Phone Policy: We do not allow children to use their phones during camp hours. If at any point they would like to contact home, we will call immediately from our office phones.
- Sick Policy: Please keep sick children at home. Children displaying symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, headache, or sore throat will be sent home, ensuring the well-being of all attendees.
- Friendship Policy: Any child who is picking on or bullying other children will be sent home for the day. We strive to have all children feel welcome at camp.
- Transfer Fee: If you are unable to attend this event and would like to switch your enrolment to another day there will be a $5 transfer fee applied to your account.
