Parents’ Night Out is a fun evening for kids ages 3 to 14, filled with supervised play, games, pizza, and a movie while parents enjoy a well-deserved night off.
Each event runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Children are grouped by age and participate in a safe, active, and engaging environment with plenty of opportunities to play, laugh, and make new friends.
Families can enroll through the online portal. Early bird pricing may be available before the posted deadline, and regular pricing applies after that date. Sibling discounts may also be available through the portal.
Pricing Notes
- Early Bird Rate: $24 for the first child
- Regular Rate: $40 per child after the early bird deadline

Event Rules and Policies
Age Groups: Children are grouped by age. Groups are final based on kid-to-coach ratios.
No Personal Toys: Please leave personal toys at home so everyone can enjoy the planned activities.
Behavior Policy: Hitting, biting, inappropriate language, or continued defiance toward staff may result in the child being sent home.
Cell Phone Policy: Children are not permitted to use phones during the event. If a child needs to contact home, staff will call from the office.
Sick Policy: Please keep sick children home. Children showing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, headache, or sore throat may be sent home.
Friendship Policy: We want every child to feel welcome. Picking on or bullying other children may result in the child being sent home.
Transfer Fee: A $5 transfer fee may apply if enrollment needs to be switched to another date.
