Have you or your child ever been interested in competitive gymnastics but weren’t sure if you were ready for the commitment? The Pre-Team Class is the perfect way to explore the world of competitive gymnastics in a low-pressure, structured environment.

This program is designed to build on skills from the Stars Program in order to meet requirements for competition. Emphasis is placed on being fully prepared to compete at USAG-sanctioned meets. Gymnasts will move to the competitive team only when the coaching staff feels they are ready to succeed at that level.

During each 8-week session, gymnasts receive placement recommendations at week six:

• Continue in Pre-Team for another session.
• Return to a recreational class to strengthen fundamentals.
• Advance to Level 1 Training Team — the first step into our competitive program.
