The Tennessee Gymnastics League was created for non USAG members to compete in the state of Tennessee. It allows gymnasts who cannot commit to a competition team to experience competing in a low stress environment. It is open to any student enrolled in a Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond class. At CEGC, the TGL class is on Saturday mornings and allows time for the students to learn the routines that they will perform at competitions.

There are three divisions (White, Red, and Blue) which students are placed into based on their skill level. Students will only compete against other students in their level. The competitions are optional and you do not have to attend all of them to be a member of TGL.
